1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the hhcuan website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://hhcuan.cam and related domains.
• "User," "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the hhcuan platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "hhcuan" refers to the hhcuan online gaming platform and its operators.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration.
• "Funds" refers to deposits, winnings, bonuses, and any monetary value held in a User's Account.
• "Games" refers to all forms of online gambling offered through the Platform including sports betting, casino games, slots, togel (lottery), live dealer games, and other gaming products.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers provided by hhcuan.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform.

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or prohibited from gambling by any regulatory authority.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an hhcuan account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Notify hhcuan immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hhcuan employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. You agree to:

• Provide government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP or passport) when requested.
• Submit proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Complete selfie verification holding your identification document.
• Provide additional documentation as reasonably requested by hhcuan for verification purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent account closure. hhcuan reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hhcuan accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Other payment methods as advertised on the Platform from time to time

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Typical minimums range from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.
• All deposits are final. Once credited to your account, deposited funds cannot be refunded unless required by law or determined to be the result of a processing error.
• hhcuan reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
• Processing times vary by payment method but most deposits are credited instantly or within 15 minutes.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the hhcuan platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rate risks for payments made in other currencies are borne by the User.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

• Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 through your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If not possible, alternative arrangements may be made at hhcuan's discretion.
• Withdrawal destination accounts (bank account or e-wallet) must be registered in your own name and must match your verified KYC documents.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal process. Typical minimums range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000.
• Processing times typically range from 1-4 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued for next-day processing.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. hhcuan may request additional verification for subsequent withdrawals at its discretion.
• Bonus funds and bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
• hhcuan reserves the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced verification, or delay withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other violations are suspected.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month depending on account status and payment method.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hhcuan maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts used solely for money transfer purposes (depositing and withdrawing with minimal or no gameplay) will be closed and funds may be confiscated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

hhcuan offers various bonuses and promotions to Players including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional offers. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or rollover requirements) before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount, deposit amount, or combined total must be wagered before withdrawal. Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms.

• hhcuan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one active bonus per account at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Certain games may be restricted or excluded from bonus play.
• Players may forfeit an active bonus and its associated winnings at any time by contacting customer support, allowing withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Age Restriction

hhcuan is committed to preventing underage gambling. You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. hhcuan employs age verification measures and will close accounts found to be held by minors. Any winnings from underage accounts will be confiscated.

7. Game Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Gameplay

• All games on the hhcuan platform are subject to specific game rules displayed within each game. You are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.
• Slot machines and casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) ensuring fair and random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed where applicable.
• Sports betting odds, markets, and settlement rules are subject to change. hhcuan reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds, obvious errors, or after an event has started (unless live betting is offered).
• Togel (lottery) results are based on official draws from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, and Macau lottery authorities. hhcuan is not responsible for postponed or canceled draws.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rulings and decisions of the dealer and game provider. Video feeds are provided for transparency, and all dealer decisions are final.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, fund confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain
• Money laundering or using the Platform for illegal financial activity

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your hhcuan account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to you after verification, minus any applicable fees or charges.

8.2 Suspension by hhcuan

hhcuan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• You fail to complete required verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Your account is dormant (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months
• hhcuan suspects money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Required by law or regulatory authority

In cases of account closure for breach of terms, hhcuan may confiscate all account funds including deposits and winnings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hhcuan platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks are the intellectual property of hhcuan or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission. The hhcuan brand name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

hhcuan strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, technical failures, server maintenance, or internet connectivity issues. No compensation will be provided for inability to access the Platform unless required by law.

10.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hhcuan's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim. hhcuan is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10.3 Third-Party Services

hhcuan integrates games and services from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, etc.). We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party content. Claims related to third-party games should be directed to the respective game provider.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hhcuan is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through hhcuan's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may pursue alternative dispute resolution or legal action as permitted by law.

12. Amendments to Terms

hhcuan reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
